Tryyel ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the Tryyel mobile apps and website.

Information we collect

• Account info: Google sign-in name and email.
• Profile data: age range, gender, sizes, style preferences (entered by you).
• Photos: Full-body photos you upload for virtual try-on — used only to generate try-on images.
• Usage data: analytics and crash logs to improve our service.

How we use your data

We use your information to provide virtual try-on services, personalize recommendations, enable purchases via Amazon, and improve the app. Photos are used solely for generating try-on images and are not used to train third-party models without extra explicit consent.

Photo storage & deletion

Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@tryyel.com. We may also delete older generated images after a retention period.

Sharing & third parties

We use Google APIs (Auth and Gemini) and Amazon APIs (product links). We will not share your personal photos with third parties except as required to provide services (e.g., calling Gemini for image generation) and only when you consent. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

We use industry standard protections for user data (HTTPS, encrypted storage). However, no system is perfect — contact support if you suspect a breach.
